But winter brought a new reality \u2014 in many homes, when electricity stops, <strong data-start=\"1422\" data-end=\"1473\">heating and indoor temperature control stop too<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1476\" data-end=\"1479\" \/>\n<h4 data-start=\"1481\" data-end=\"1515\"><strong data-start=\"1484\" data-end=\"1515\">A Familiar Strategy Returns<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1516\" data-end=\"2010\">In late December 2025, Russia again intensified its pressure on Ukraine\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/al-ahwaz.com\/\"><strong data-start=\"1590\" data-end=\"1615\">energy infrastructure<\/strong><\/a>, using <strong data-start=\"1623\" data-end=\"1646\">drones and missiles<\/strong> to hit key supply routes and power networks.
