Denmark<\/strong><\/a> Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/a> has firmly rejected pressure from the United States, stating that Europe \u201cwill not be blackmailed\u201d following renewed tariff threats from Donald Trump<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/a> tied to Greenland.<\/p>\n

The US president has warned that Washington will impose a new 10% tariff on goods from eight allied countries if they oppose his proposal for the United States to take control of Greenland, an autonomous territory within the Kingdom of Denmark.<\/p>\n
